My approach is to work with you to help you make sustainable, long-term changes towards health and wellbeing using evidence-based techniques and strategies. It involves evaluating sleep patterns, dietary habits, and stress levels to uncover the root causes.

I will work with you to discuss your current health challenges and what you’d like to achieve. Together, we develop a customised plan designed to fit with your personal needs. Through our sessions, we will work to improve your health and achieve your health-related goals. This journey requires regular reviews and is modified as needed.

Sessions are typically 60 minutes initially, with regular 30minutes follow-up appointments, depending on your individual needs.

Medicare rebates are available in most circumstances.

​

A health summary from your regular GP is preferred but not required for a consultation.

billing

First (in clinic) appointment is for 60minutes – fee $ 347 (Medicare rebate $197.90)

​

Review (telehealth or in clinic) appointments are for 30minutes – fee $155 (Medicare rebate $82.90)
