Appointments
New patients are welcome and under Medicare rules require a face-to-face appointment at our clinic. This requires a longer initial appointment.
Initial Appointment – 30min
Follow up appointments are either – 15 or 30min
Longer appointments are available if required- please enquire with reception
Results
All investigations will require a follow-up appointment to discuss results and this should be made within 2 weeks of the test.
This can be face to face or by Telehealth if you have had in person appointment in the past 12 months.
All urgent results will be notified to patients asap.
Repeat prescription or referral request
If you have seen the doctor within the last 6 months and require a repeat prescription or referral please contact the clinic. There is a fee for this service.
Telehealth appointments either by phone or video are currently available for patients who have been seen within the clinic in the last 12 months.
If you have respiratory symptoms or suspected flu or COVID infection, please call reception to enable an appropriate booking of your appointment.
